Beware
Caution must be used when using online websites for pricing and receiving quotes from businesses and trades as rogue traders have now registered for such sites and are not reputable businesses. Proper businesses will have permanent work addresses, VAT registered (HMRC), listed on Company House and importantly have Liability Insurance.
More often than not rogue traders have a Facebook page with images of jobs and plenty of thanks and good reviews with no proper contact details and no address. More worrying when no persons or workers appear in images to take credit for works.
Some Facebook and other social media pages deleted after a couple of months and persons cannot be traced. Unmarked Vehicles with no company name or logo
